Die Finca bietet viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Es stehen ca. 300qm Wohnfläche mit 5 klimatisierten Schlafzimmern (davon vier mit Meerblick), 4 Bädern, davon 3 en Suite, Gäste-WC, großer Wohn-Essbereich mit Kamin, SAT-TV, W-LAN sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Vorratsraum zur Verfügung.
Über die gewundene Auffahrt entlang von Oleanderhecken erreicht man das Haupthaus.
Das Wohnhaus befindet sich im fast uneinsehbaren hinteren Bereich der ca. 15.000qm großen Mandel/Olivenbaum Plantage.
Über den Patio mit der 1000 jährigen Olive betritt man die Finca.
Im Eingangsbereich rechts befindet sich das Gäste-WC. Weiter gelangt man in den großen Wohn-Essbereich mit dem drei Meter langen Teak Esstisch an dem acht Leute gemütlich Platz finden.
Vom Wohn/Essbereich sowie der Küche gelangt man über fünf zweiflügelige Teaktüren auf die Terrassen.
Das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Kamin und großem Fernseher lädt zum Verweilen an kälteren Abenden ein. Die großzügige Tafel eignet sich perfekt für gemeinsame Stunden.
Dahinter schließt sich die voll ausgestattete Küche an . Mit Kaffee | Espressomaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, 5 - flammiger Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Toaster, große Kühl-Gefrierkombination u.v.m. bleibt kaum ein Wusch offen.
Anschließend an die Küche befindet sich der Vorratsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Rechts vom Eingangsbereich findet man das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß mit Bad en Suite.
Über die Treppe im Eingangsbereich gelangt man in das Obergeschoß zu den anderen 4 Schlafzimmern mit Meerblick und den 3 Badezimmern.
Jeweils 2 Bäder en Suite, eins davon mit Dusche und eins mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Von allen 4 Schlafräumen gelangt man direkt auf die Außenterrasse im Obergeschoß und kann den wunderbaren 180° Blick aufs Meer genießen.
Alle drei Außenterrassen sind komplett überdacht und bieten viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schatten und immer andere reizvolle Ausblicke.
Außer den zwei Essgruppen vor dem Esszimmer und dem Barbacoa, gibt es auch zwei gemütliche Loungeecken.

The winding driveway along oleanderhetch leads to the main house.
The residential building is located in the almost invisible rear area of the approx. 15,000sqm almond/olive tree plantation.
Via the patio with the 1000-year-old olive you enter the finca.
In the entrance area on the right is the guest toilet. Further you enter the large living-dining area with the three-meter-long teak dining table where eight people can comfortably find space.
From the living/dining area and the kitchen, you can access the terraces via five double-leaf teak doors.
The living room with cozy fireplace and large TV invites you to linger on colder evenings. The generous table is perfect for hours together.
Behind it is the fully equipped kitchen. With coffee | espresso machine, microwave, oven, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge-freezer and much more, hardly any wash remains open.
Next to the kitchen is the pantry with washing machine and dryer.
To the right of the entrance area you will find the bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom en suite.
The stairs in the entrance area lead to the upper floor to the other 4 bedrooms with sea view and the 3 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms each en suite, one with shower and one with shower and bathtub.
From all 4 bedrooms you can directly access the outdoor terrace on the upper floor and can enjoy the wonderful 180° view of the sea.
All three outdoor terraces are completely covered and offer many seating, shade and always different charming views.
In addition to the two dining groups in front of the dining room and the Barbacoa, there are also two cozy lounge corners.
In the finca there are three covered terraces as well as a terrace on the upper floor with fantastic sea views and the large pool terrace.
There is also a nice outdoor barbecue area and volleyball court.
In winter, the house has underfloor central heating.
The large pool of 12 x 6 m represents a special attraction of the house and has an additional outdoor shower.
Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided.
After a week's stay, an intermediate cleaning and linen change takes place.
There are 10 loungers and various Umbrellas available.

- Es gibt auch einen schönen Außengrillbereich und Volleyballplatz.
- Im Winter verfügt das Haus über Fussboden-Zentralheizung.
- Der große Pool von 12 x 6 m stellt eine besondere Attraktion des Hauses dar und verfügt über eine zusätzliche Aussendusche.
- Handtücher, Strandtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
- Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt erfolgt eine Zwischenreinigung und Wäschewechsel.
- Es stehen 10 Liegen und div. Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung.
